Facilitating a unified sales process
Multinational ‘storage networking’ enterprise

Our client sells data and storage networking products directly, via partners and registered external users. They wanted a unified sales process across all their product lines including their newly acquired SteelApp software product. Sales process of SteelApp was cumbersome and was making the ‘lead to quote’ process, time consuming. We implemented an end to end SteelApp product line configure , price and quote process using Oracle™ CPQ. In addition, we also implemented Salesforce integration for SteelApp. Our overall work included the following

  • A Redesigned configurator flow to help sales reps quote faster (30% reduction in time)
  • An Integration adaptor to sync documents from Coveo into Oracle CPQ
  • A maintenance free workflow solution that adapts to the changing business needs.
  • A Sync module for ‘quote transactions’ uniformity between commerce processes.
  • Custom utilities development to parse complex data, resulting in a better performance

Oracle™ CPQ implementation
Billion dollar Indian telecom service provider

An Indian Telecom company, provides networks, data centres and fixed line/wireless services. As a leader in networking solutions, they developed their global dedicated ethernet, Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) , IAS and NPL network services. They choose to implement their CPQ solution using Oracle™ cloud CPQ for a faster quote generation. Our team designed and Implemented CPQ solutions for five of their product lines. [IAS, MPLS, IPL, NPL, ETHERNET]

  • Built a SFDC package to integrate SFDC data and processes to Oracle CPQ cloud. The standard out of the box package did not support TCL’s requirements
  • Provided a solution to import 2000 line items into a quote. Achieved moving pricing, workflow and sync line item data to SFDC in less than 2 seconds
  • Created proposals that would scale seamlessly as the quote line items increase
  • Integrated quote data to their fulfilment system from Oracle CPQ on demand via SOAP webservices
