Complex, SaaS-enabled, Enterprise Configurator made available offline, increasing Imaginea customer's marketshare
For Imaginea's customer, it was crucial that their SaaS-enabled application, used in the ‘Inquiry-to-Order’ sales process, be available offline to their customer's employees out in the field, with no internet access. The offline instances had to run on computers not connected to the central server, so that offline users could use the configurator without any problems. It had to automatically synchronize data, application, and platform components with the main server. The client engaged Imaginea to build the offline solution.
The solution provided by Imaginea for making the configurator available offline was well received by the client and their customers, making the customer’s on-demand SaaS configurator extremely popular, and the market leader. Read more.
