Jay Raghavendra Pullur

Founder & Chairman of Board

Jay is the founder and CEO of Pramati Technologies Private Limited. He is both a technology management expert and visionary with over 20 years of experience. Jay has been advising and mentoring Imaginea Inc. for several years. Jay earned his Master's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur with top honors.

Vijay Pullur

Co-Founder & President

Vijay co-founded Pramati Technologies, a pioneer in Java Application Server space and the world's first product in the space to achieve J2EE certification. Having mentored people at the workplace for more than 20 years, as an entrepreneur, Vijay is focused on building a strong organization with great values, quality and customer satisfaction. Vijay holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

K V Prasad

COO

Prasad's career, spanning over 20 years, consists of a strong mix of Financial Operations, P&L management, Strategic Planning, Human Resource and Operations Management. As the COO of Imaginea, Prasad is focused on the vision and long-term strategy of the company.

Lokesh Reddy

VP, Enterprise Engineering Services

With his experience of over 20 years, Lokesh is a successful leader, and is good at managing and motivating teams. As VP of Product Engineering, he places great trust in his team and gives them the opportunity to think outside the box and be innovative, which has helped them deliver some of the most outstanding products to Imaginea's customers. Lokesh earned his Master's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Chandrashekar Sivaraman

VP, User Experience and New Media

Chandru leads a team of creative minds at Imaginea, developing innovative and user-friendly interactive products for Imaginea's global customers in mobile, social media, and consumer segments. Chandru brings his in-depth knowledge, acquired over 15 years, in the area of communications. He also oversees corporate messaging and branding elements for the company. Chandrashekar is a post-graduate of Bangalore University.

Reddy Raja Annareddy

Director, Cloud Computing

As Director of Cloud Computing at Imaginea, Reddy uses his expertise in Cloud Computing and SaaS to help customers in this emerging field. He is passionate about enterprise solution architecture, performance optimization, and software design and development -areas in which he has gathered expertise for the last 17 years. He also teaches Cloud Computing and subjects related to Hadoop at IIIT, Hyderabad. He earned his Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Pondicherry University.

Harish Thirumalai

VP, Finance & Administration

Harish has more than 15 years experience managing all aspects of Finance, Accounting, Taxation & Treasury. His direct experience with financial consulting and venture capital has proven extremely helpful to Imaginea. Harish is a certified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also a qualified Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
