User interface testing

Testing the quality of user interfaces involves analysis of applications from the point of view of users who use the interface. Testing helps identify and resolve problems with these applications.

We work closely with focus groups on the customer side throughout the design cycle. Feedback taken at different stages is integrated into the design solution to ensure that end-user requirements are met and there are no troubled moments for users. UIT performs both qualitative and quantitative usability testing in its design cycle, depending on project needs and goals.

Years of research on several facets of user experience design has resulted in our Heuristics Usability Analysis that enables us to provide expert evaluations and detailed recommendations on user interface design.
