Our client, a $6 billion Global Marketing Research firm, provides its customers world-class analytics that help improve marketing performance. They were looking to expand & enhance their core product feature, a multi-concept design studio that is used by its customers to build, design and test advertisement concepts. The current platform lacked dynamic interaction and contextual collaboration feature that was common in modern-day design studios. This was hurting platform adoption and customer stickiness.
Contextual conversation powered by Machine Learning
We introduced new interaction module in the design studio to enable seamless interaction that facilitates content sharing, contextual conversation, and cross-functional collaboration. Our advanced commenting feature enabled users to leave point-and-click notes on any element of the design. Machine learning based automated design diagnosis solution checks the design concept for brand standards such as font type, font size, color codes, and the position of graphic elements. Thus, minimizing design errors and brand deviation. Single sign-on feature ensured single user authentication to multiple customer apps.
Cross-functional collaboration improves campaign performance
Cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders improved the ability of the team to ideate and collaborate, resulting in campaigns that performed 218% better. Automated design diagnosis brought down the brand deviation errors and ensured better brand compliance.
