All-in-one integrated healthcare solution

Our client is a healthcare platform provider for over 30000 physicians in the US. The platform allows doctors and healthcare providers to digitally manage their practices with an all-in-one integrated solution to help physicians get paid faster, find new patients, run their business smarter, and provide better care. The requirement is to transition the platform to microservices architecture in order to provide platform fluidity.


Third-party extensions simplify billing process


Adopting a loosely coupled architecture has its own pros and cons, but, managing automation tasks and integration tasks with precision is mandatory to achieve this. We built an automation framework to make the platform ready for continuous delivery and deployment. Migrated the legacy RoR code base to Java and eventually to microservices. Integrated the three different portions of the platform (Practice management, EHR, Document management) into a unified platform.

Implemented ICD 10 (one-click ICD Code mapping system) and MU2 compliance mandates and loads of revenue generating features like mental health customisation, clearing house integration, claims management integration (Zirmed), internal billers process optimisation.

The re-engineered platform brought better stakes on table for both investors and end customers. The platform received enormous recognitions including Deloitte Technology Fast 500, Inc. 500/5000, Red Herring Top 100 Company, and Black Book #1 Integrated EHR, Practice Management and Billing Vendor.
