Our customer is a global Information Technology company. With their Insurance Software, they aim to enable seamless processing and delivery of insurance products. The requirement was to improve the overall user experience of their legacy Insurance software by providing greater customization and user flexibility.

Solution

Functional changes were made to the platform to simplify the process, classify the tasks and increase usability. The policy quote process was simplified as well, to fetch user a quick quote by answering three simple questions. We also built a tool that lets user compare from over a million quotes, from the comfort of home.

Now create, modify and test product concepts on a press of a button with the improved configurator. The threaded conversational design will take you through the policy details in split seconds. The 10-inch interface will give access to all things insurance & help manage work even if one’s far-flung from office.
